After receiving a file, click on "transfer completed" Expected: take me to Gallery app, where contains the received file Current: delete the notification in the notification queue

After receiving a file, clicking on the "transfer completed" should open the file received in the application that the file type is associated with. In the case of a image it should open the image in a full-screen view in the gallery app.

The feature is ready for a long time in Gaia. And the behavior is same with comment 2 currently. We should close the issue. If we want to discuss the behavior in case of sending file, we need to create another issue for it. Thanks for UX's confirmation.
