815994 - since 17 version our CKeditor within oxid ecommerce system is not working. Can't tell you right now the version of taht editor, but it's quite old.

Steps to reproduce:

just updated from 16.0.2 to newest 17 version and it's gone. i can see only html formatted window, but no CKeditor is loaded

Surely a dupe of bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=814019
It's an issue about UA sniffing, on your side. Use the add-on User Agent Switcher (client workaround) or edit the CKeditor files (server workaround).
Anyway a chemspill version should be released to revert UA changes, and avoid websites broken.

I'm duping this to bug 814019
This is a bug in your Editor code caused by a small change in our Useragent string
The Useragent change will be reverted in Firefox17.0.1 that should come out soon.
