[gallery]Cache from the previous SDcard shows in gallery when the SDcard is swapped with a clean one.

## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012/11/27
## Repro :
1. place in a SD card that has videos and photos
2. launch gallery
3. close gallery
4. replace SD card with a blank SDcard
5. launch gallery
## Expected :
1. The gallery should be empty
## Actual :
1. Somewhere it's cached and showing videos from the previous gallery

Video app also caches video previes, while it is still open. The difference is that when the video app is closed and relaunched, it will not cache the videos previews.
