816305 - "Pick" handler for camera allows recording video

STR
 (1) Load contacts app
 (2) Add new contact
 (3) Select image for contact
 (4) Choose "Camera" activity in popup

Note that the toggle button for still/video is present in the UI.

 (5) Press toggle button
 (6) Record video

You can't do anything with the recorded video.  If I then

 (7) Switch back to stills
 (8) Snap a picture

Then the UI hangs.  Possibly unrelated.

Is it easier to fix this (and to avoid the hang) by removing the recording toggle in in this use case?

I have tested this and it is pretty bad to let the user with a hanged phone. Blocking then.

Mass Modify: All un-milestoned, unresolved blocking-basecamp+ bugs are being moved into the C3 milestone. Note that the target milestone does not mean that these bugs can't be resolved prior to 12/10, rather C2 bugs should be prioritized ahead of C3 bugs.
