Notifications panel with many items
When you have many notifications in the notifications panel scrolling is difficult. Scrolling down often causes the panel to close.

Can reproduce sometimes, but not all the time. Triage found not bad enough to block on, but would love a polish patch to improve it.

There have been several bugs along this line fixed, I'm just going to dupe to the most recent.
