Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0
Build ID: 20121024073032

Steps to reproduce:

Try to have some open tabs(more than 2), then open a web page which is protected by a .htaccess file, while you press enter to load the protected page, right before the page asks you for user and pass, try to rearrange your opened tabs(move the current tab by dragging it to right or left of other opened tabs).

Actual results:

Now Firefox can't handle this situation, rearranging opened tabs and the dialog box asking for the user/pass. Firefox will stop working now, and there is no way to continue except restarting it(End it's process and start a new Firefox again)

Expected results:

Nothing actually, tabs should be rearranged.
Could you test with a new profile, please?
