When displaying a <INPUT TYPE="file"> in a RTLed field (<TABLE DIR="rtl"> ,
<HTML DIR="rtl"> , etc.), it's displayed in a weird way,
which can be seen in the attached testcase.
In addition, there is no possible way to click the 'browse' button (the cursor
over it is a cursor of a text field).
