Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/.
2. Click on "Personas" from the site navigation menu.
3. Select any persona from the page.
4. In the "What do you think?" section enlarge the textbox.

Expected Results:
The "Review" textbox is enlarged without any UI issues.

Actual Results:
The "Review " textbox is enlarged with many UI issues. The "Submit review" button dissappear and no scrollbar is available if we drag the "Review" textbox downside. The other issue is that the users are able to enlarge the textbox over the text from right side.
