I was experiencing something similar. I was on the 2012-12-12 dogfooder build today and it found an update of about 45MB. The download got up to 92MB and then seemed to hang. I restarted my phone and checked for updates again. This time it seemed to download properly but my screen went blank and I couldn't get it back. I restarted my phone again, checked for updates, and it sat there checking for updates for 20 minutes. So I restarted my phone once more and when I booted up I was on today's build.
I can't explain it but I now seem to be up to date.
There's been some changes to update from that build... Can you check again please?

It did not complete an update at my house yesterday. I tried restarting it and leaving it alone for half an hour but that didn't help.
My wifi works flawlessly on my Galaxy S III phone but in some parts of the house it's poor on other phones including the Unagi. I would expect that leaving it unattended for an extended period of time would result in a successful download.
It appears that after loosing the wifi link it never recovers and resumes.

hi anthony, which build are you trying to update from ? bug 817821 landed a week ago, so if you can flash a build later than that fix, please try re-testing and seeing if you can reproduce (with logs)
also, that bug fixes system updates. if 3rd party updates are failing, we'll need to split the bug out.
