Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Tap on Gallery App
2. Select a photo to edit
3. Tap on the edit button 
4. Edit screen pops up with options to edit the photo
5. select "Effects" option

Actual result: 
"Effect" option shows up without any caption like "BW" or "SEPIA" etc

Expected result: 
Caption provided for the effect option

This issue still repros. No caption is found for "Effects" option.

I think this might have been a conscience decision to remove the subtitle and the test case should be updated.  Having said that, I'd like some verifications from either the dev or ux.

The labels were removed at the request of visual design: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=799998#c8

Closing WONTFIX. Re-open and do a needinfo on Patryk if you want to argue.
