While viewing a video file on the device's Video Application there is no User Interface that allows for navigating to other video files. 
Issue fails testcase: #3653

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Open the Camera
2. Switch to Video Camera
3. Record 2 movies
4. Exit the camera -> Open the Video app
5. Select to play the first video
6. While video plays tap the screen to view UI

Result: There are no navigation options available to the user in the Video Player. 

Expected Result: A previous and next video option is available on the Video Player interface.
