Details

Summary: Video controls do not automatically fade out while watching a video in the device's Video App. The controls default off and can only be toggled on/off by tapping the screen. Fails testcase: 3658 Found on Daily Build: 20121129071415 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Video App (a previously recorded video is needed) 2. Select any video file to play 3. While video plays tap the screen once 4. Tap the screen again Result: The Video controls (UI) defaults to off when the video file starts playing and can only be toggled on and off by the user. Expected Result: The Video controls disappear after a short period when the user stops using the controls.

Hi Tom - This one might be a good starter bug as you are new to the media team.
Looking for a requirements check. By default the controls fade out when you launch the app and only taping on the screen reveals them. They stay until dismissed with another tap. This looks very intentional to me.
