Details

Build is on the morning of May 18, 2001. Autocomplete doesn't ever show any values to autocomplete in the browser url bar. I've noticed this in mail/news composer too so I've cc'ed seth.
is seth broken?! quick! someone fix him!
Seth isn't broken!
Summary: sspitzer@netscape.com → autocomplete shows no entries
did you launch from -mail? there was just a post to n.p.m.mail-news about how launching -mail makes it so the browser autocomplete results are there, but they are blank.
I think that I might have. I use -mail often.
This looks like a dupe of bug 78771.
could be a dup of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75689 I use -mail often too, which means this bug and #73141 and #75689 (which are probably dups of each other) bite my all the time.
oops, I meant #78771, not #75689.
Yeah, I get browser entries if I don't use -mail on startup.
Summary: autocomplete shows no entries → autocomplete shows no entries when launching with -mail
Yeah, looks that way: ------- Additional Comments From Eric Hedström 2001-05-14 11:25 ------- still broken on win32-installer 2001-0514-04 as well. Note: if you start "mozilla -mail" autocomplete doesn't even work in the first browser window. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 78771 ***
