Seen while running unagi:

STR:
1. Open camera from lockscreen
2. Observe attached screenshot.

Expected: Camera would be full screen
Actual: Camera opens in card view, but you cannot do anything - it doesn't open when you tap it, cannot be dismissed

Was only able to reproduce once, but I have seen this before during testing

Tried this several times, cannot repro.
