## Repro :
1. Enter settings app
2. Enable the sim lock
3. reboot the phone
4. after unlock, press "x" to close the "enter sim pin" page
5. in the homescreen, launch the dialer app
6. press "x" to close the "enter sim pin" page
7. Make a call

## Expected:
* See the warning page prompt up with correct warning message

## Actual:
* See the warning message with "No network connection ..." which is wrong message

This would require a string change to support the correct error message.  

Would take a patch, but not block on the release given the user is aware that the SIM is locked in previous screen before the error message.

This bug can be reproduced on latest build of Aries KK master/v2.5 and Flame KK master/v2.5/v2.2 by the STR in comment 0.

Actual results: See the warning message with "No network connection ..." which is wrong message
