816934 - Clobberer page for mozilla-inbound timing out when clobbering all platforms

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #815556 +++

1) Go to https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/clobberer/?branch=mozilla-inbound
2) Use the checkbox on the left column to select all platforms
3) Press the "clobber now" buttom

Expected:
After < 60s the page returns with the "Last clobbered" column updated to the current date/time & username.

Actual:
Page times out halfway through.

(Doesn't seem to occur if you only select a few platforms).

with this patch, a mozilla-inbound clobber request updates the DB in ~10 seconds
