My phone sometimes takes a long time to open web pages, so I would like the ability to preload pages from my start screen in different tabs. I'd like to do this from about:home by long-pressing on a thumbnail and getting a context menu where I can choose "Open in New Tab". I could repeat this process for multiple tabs, getting a head start on loading the various websites.
Seems reasonable that it could be used for customization also. Thanks for pointing me to that bug!
