Details

STR: 1) Open a tab to http://mozilla.org 2) Open a second tab to http://people.mozilla.com/~bnicholson/test/green.html 3) Switch between the tabs Whether the green page is immediately drawn seems to be dependent on where the cursor is. If I'm on the http://mozilla.org tab and the cursor is over a link before switching tabs, the green tab is immediately drawn as expected. But if the cursor is not over a link, or if the cursor is outside of the browser window, the page is not immediately drawn.
