This DHTML example (written for Mozilla) shows draggable text windows. It used
to work 1 or 2 months ago.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit URL
2. drag the text windows by the title bars


Actual Results:  Only the title bar can be dragged. The text window itself stays
in place and the title bar is shifted to the SE. (See screenshot.)

Expected Results:  The comlete text windows can be dragged with the title bar
not separated. There dragged item stays under the mouse cursor.
