User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:18.0) Gecko/18.0 Firefox/18.0
Build ID: 20121121075611
Steps to reproduce:
Updated Firefox I do not use Mobile so chose NOT to install that option.
Actual results:
It updated, but the upgrade warning continues to appear. Despite not wanting the Mobile update, the warning continues that Firefox NEEDS to be upgraded.
Look at the attachment - Despite having the latest Beta version, and not wanting the Mobile feature - the upgrade warning doesn't disappear.
Expected results:
Once updated / upgraded, and not choosing the Mobile upgrade feature - that warning should have disappeared.

The latest Beta version right now is 18.0b2, buildid (on GNU/Linux x86_64) 20121128060531. It had probably already been released when you filed this bug.
