Steps to reproduce:

visit http://jsfiddle.net/uzMPU/ in firefox, closed, then visit the same url in chrome.


Actual results:

the movement is very janky on firefox (low fps), while it's smooth on chome.


Expected results:

comparable performance between both browsers.
