Steps:
1. Go to settings and select Sound
2. Sound Settings Panel is displayed
3. Turn Vibrate off
4. Verify that Vibrate is turned off
5. Call the phone from another device
6. Then verify that the phone does not vibrate

Expected:
No vibration for an incoming call.

Actual:
Unagi still vibrates for an incoming call despite vibrate turned off.
