User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:20.0) Gecko/20121202 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20121202030723 Steps to reproduce: I'm using samsung S2, When i'm using Firefox try to change the song and volume running in background via headset, its not changing and no response. it happens only when running/working firefox on the top, otherthan there is no problem in accessing that.
Can you try out Nightly (http://nightly.mozilla.org) for Android and report back here if that is working for you?

I believe this is a duplicate of bug 730192. That bug report mentions Bluetooth headsets, but I think the problem is the same: hardware volume controls do not respond when Firefox is running.
