I've started work on porting over various bits of opsy/adminy functionality that will be required for sync2.0.  This bug is to coordinate all the individual pieces.  As much as possible, I'd like this functionality to live in the server-syncstorage repo, in a syncstorage/scripts directory.

Here's what I've been working on so far, and will file individual bugs for as they get into a discussable state:

  * Scripts to read and to clear memcache data for a set of users
  * A script to purge expired items from the database
  * equivalents of the nodenuke/nodegrep scripts that work with WIMMs database

Are there any additional managment/admin scripts that we need to think about porting for sync2.0 at this time?
