If I force enable hardware acceleration, and scroll flash content on the top/bottom border of FF browsing area, the flash content will 'stretch', and the stretching will increase as I scroll the flash content more off screen.
I tried this as a fresh user and also with the official FF 17 archive.

I can confirm this. I saw this all the time on my home machine. I don't remember if I still see it on 19. I do not see this on 19 on my work machine, but I don't remember if I saw it on 17 there either.

FWIW, the machines I saw this on were Win7 machines, actually. I'll try to repro this next chance I get.
