818172 - No counter for PIN attempts

Tested with gaia 23ce635 / gecko 0b1ed65. 

In the PIN-unlock-interface, there is no counter for the remaining attemtps allowed. It would be nice to include something like: 

- First attempt: no message
- Second attempt: 2 attemtps left
- Third attempt: 1 attempt left

I think this is a critical issue.

Mass Modify: All un-milestoned, unresolved blocking-basecamp+ bugs are being moved into the C3 milestone. Note that the target milestone does not mean that these bugs can't be resolved prior to 12/10, rather C2 bugs should be prioritized ahead of C3 bugs.

Is there anything spec'd out for this anywhere? It seems right now the device supports unlimited unlock attempts. Any idea how many attempts, or what kind of delay we should look at?

Are you talking about passcode? That is designed to have un-limit attempts.
Or are you talking about SIM PIN? There should be error messages now.

We cannot see the error message because of the following rules defined in core.css,

[role="dialog"] {
   color: #FFF;
}

This is a CSS-only change to override the building blocks rules.
