Repro: - Turn on phone, with no cellular data or wifi - Go to everything.me - Select a category - Notice that no apps load - Go to settings - Turn on cellular data or wifi - Go to everything.me - Select a category Expected: Apps/Icons actually load when categories come up Actual: Icons do not load even with phone sitting on category screen for multiple minutes. If phone is rebooted with wifi on, and a category is selected, apps/icons then appear.
