When we send out article emails from sumo some characters like quotes and apostrophes show up as their encoded values. The should be displayed normally. It looks like we do this with emails from the contributor forums already.

The templates are okay, it's only the parts we fill in dynamically that need to be encoded correctly.

I think it's missing some safe or equivalent calls. => 1pt
