On the navigator address bar enter telnet <Server Name> <PORT> a search page is listed for telnet Actual results: No specific web page was loaded as detailed in the test case Expected results: A specific web page is loaded. Note: The bug steps seem incomplete. Is this accurate: <Server Name> <PORT>?

I don't understand this bug report, what does "A specific web page is loaded." mean?

Where did this test come from and what is it actually trying to test? Is this a test case from somewhere? Can I see them?
