Any site that has popups is wrongly displayed. Go to cnn.com for example, and a
popup will show in. It appears to be correct in size, but move that window. That
window has the same size as your desktop, and it should just be the size you see
when the popup displays!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any webpage with popups
2.Move the popup screen to reveal its size


Actual Results:  After i move the popup (i was curious) the window is the same
size as my desktop

Expected Results:  The new windows should have an specific size set by the
webmaster, but mozilla wrongly sets the popup size to the desktop size. Some
images begin to repeat themselves in order to fill up the entire window
