Details

Environment : Unagi phone, build 2012-12-03 Reproduce step: 1. Open settings app -> language option 2. Click the language selector and select French or zh-TW. 3. Verify the string in settings(first page), browser and FTU. Expected result: Language will be applied after selecting specific language. Actual result: Language is not applied when selecting French or zh-TW.

French and zh-TW is not within v1 ship scope. english, spanish, portuguese should be the v1 scope language support. as long as these 3 works, others should be block ship

bug 818306 was created specifically to remove the other languages that we are not shipping with.
We're going to be removing these languages before ship (tracked by another bug), if this problem happens with Spanish & Portuguese when they land then definitely reopen!
