Some users should be able to rename tags across the MDN. For example, an editor might want to rename the tag "CSS Docs" to "CSS Reference".
Sheppy: Can you please say more about how this feature should work?

Actually, Sheppy shared some thoughts on this in bug 809514.

I assume that happens outside of the wiki, right? Would be nice to have that feature available inside the wiki (behind a waffle flag), so volunteers like me can help tightening them up.
