818512 - Can still toggle Facebook import while importing SIM contacts

STR:

1) With empty contacts, choose to import from SIM
2) While the "Importing SIM contacts" spinner is up, press the Enable Facebook toggle *through* the "Importing SIM contacts" modal.

What happens?

Enable Facebook is flipped, and I'm brought to the Facebook login screen.

What's expected?

The modal should prevent me from interacting with elements behind it.

to the best of my knowledge there is no spec that says that FB import cannot be enabled while importing contacts from SIM ...

Yes, but *through* the Importing SIM modal?

Through the dark transparency? See screenshot.

oh yeah, that seems to be a problem with the progress curtain showed. I've found the same problem also in the Contacts 'Loading Contacts' screen. 

Ismael, any ideas?

this is a problem with the confirm dialog which has pointer events none. It is a non-sense error that should be fixed, thus nominating it
