Details

Over in bug 772352, m_kato wants to kill getIIDForName/getNameForIID. This means we need to move to things that are still around. (We don't seem to actually use getIIDForName, though it's exported; we do use getNameForIID in a few places.)
Component is obsolete so resolving bugs as INCOMPLETE[B
