Details

We need to add in celery, the libs to requirements and make sure its ready to go. There's an IT bug 818571 to add in the server components, this is to add in the code part, documentation and so on.

Done, I'd like to store task results in the DB, so we'll need to set up http://docs.celeryproject.org/en/maste/configuration.html?highlight=celery_ignore_result#celery-result-dburi

to point to the same db.
