The revisions shown link to revisions to fr/docs/CSS/ (actual link at the top of the diff) with users who never edited the upper-mentionned doc. Also latest edit to that doc was back in october...

We haven't seen this in quite a while, and I wasn't able to see this lately. I believe this is set.
