Please put the image on panda-{0022-0027}

We would like to see if the stability issues have anything to do with being deploy with mozpool.  Panda-0022 through 0027 will be our testing base line while we use panda-0028 through 0033 for continued mozpool testing of the new image.

If deploying through mozpool is causing the image to be unstable, we will need to figure out why and fix it as direct sdcard imaging is not a long term solution.
