tbpl seems happy, so this is very strange.

# /system/bin/b2g.sh                                            
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /system/b2g/libxpcom.so:
Cannot load library: link_image[1936]:   590 could not load needed library 'libxul.so' for 'libxpcom.so' (find_library[1199]:   590 'libxul.so' failed to load previously)
Couldn't load XPCOM.

I tried making a debug build of |linker| but it's not providing more info.
