Steps:

1. Open two tabs - a blank tab and a 2nd tab with the attached test case
2. Select Start Gum
3. Drag and drop the tab to create a new window
4. Hit stop stream

Expected:

An ended event should fire.

Actual:

No ended event fires.
Rel note this if we don't fix this for pref on.
