Details

Steps to repeat:

1. Navigate to this address (notice that "docs" is not present): http://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/HTML/
2. Notice that you are redirected to the HTML article.
3. Navigate to this address (same as in step 1, but with a different locale): http://developer.mozilla.org/nl/HTML/

Expected result:

You are redirected to the HTML article of the /nl/ locale.

Actual result:

404. This is breaking our integration with Firefox Developer Tools, as seen in bug 817521.
This worked for me.
The steps to repeat in comment 0 have stopped working because someone actually translated HTML to the nl locale. You now have to try the a different locale where an article has not been translated to see the bug. I am using the "ca" locale for now, but even that might be translated at some point. The underlying bug will still remain.
