Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the URL.
2. Wait till the page finish loading
3. See the cell contents - "Project # 15, 22, 25, 26 & 27" are bounded too
tightly by the cell borders.

I've also noticed this problem with the nightly builds of the past several
weeks. It happens most often on very long tables. After a certain point in the
table, the bottom borders are placed immediately below the bottom of the text in
the cell, rather than at the bottom of the cell.
