Summary: When user receives calls from a contacts w/o photo associated or unknown callers,there is a black window displays on the screen for 2-5 seconds which then replaces with the wallpaper. 

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. a)Create a contact w/o photo for Device 1 number => Have Device 1 call Test Device
   b)Place a call to Test device from any device that is not stored as Test's contact
2. Observe caller information on Test Device

Expected result:
Wallpaper (by default) displays on Test device during the call

Actual Result: 
Black window displays for a while,and then wallpaper appears

Is working fine with the device unlocked, but with device locked is not working in 12/12/2012 nightly build, Gecko-eea4b35 Gaia-460ba0c.

ok, confirmation for Dev that this bug is only occurring when the device is locked.
