It's not clear why these pages both exist and how they're different.
Assignee: nobody → jbeatty
Historically, one is the list of "official" teams, and the other is the unsanitized list of whoever at some point had interest. I'm wondering if the "official" list is well deprecated now that we actually have https://l10n.mozilla.org/teams/
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Special:WhatLinksHere/L10n:Localization_Teams indicates that we're not very prominent there, too.
