Details
STR:
1. Flash a phone.
2. Before finishing FTU, long press power button to invoke sleep menu
3. Click Restart
Expected:
1. FTU shows again
Actual:
1. The screen stops at white Firefox OS screen and nothing we can do with it except rebooting. And again you are here.
Should be P1 blocker I think. You cannot use the phone anymore.

Spoke with alive on IRC he can't reproduce this anymore either. Hopefully this is not some terrible edge case.
