Hi,
Could we please add Patryk Adamczyk (padamczyk@mozilla.com) to the list of users on the creative assets repo (assets.mozillalabs.com)
Thank you

padamczyk@mozilla.com was added to the list of members of the Video Assets group. I believe that this should allow Patryk to upload assets to the repo.
Patryk: can you try uploading something to the webDAV share? (If you need instructions, either Ty, Desktop Services, or I should be able to help you.)

Cutting and pasting this email into the bug for tracking:
> Hi Celia, so it looks like I still can't access it.
> This is the URL I am using.
Patryk:
How are you trying to access the share and what error messages are you getting?

I go to finder.
Click on "Go" in the upper tool bar
Click on "Connect to Server"
Type in "https://videos-origin.mozilla.org/manage/styleguide/"
padamczyk@mozilla.com for login
LDAP password
when I press connect, the dialog shakes.

Hrm. Are you connect to the Mountain View office VPN? (Mea culpa: I forgot to add a reminder about that earlier.)

I am in Toronto. So I am not sure.

Using the secure "Mozilla" wifi hotspot, so all my LDAP services seem to work.

The Mountain View office VPN is separate from the general office networks. Some services that require LDAP authentication will work from any network, so that's usually not the best test for which network your connected to.
There are instructions for setting up a Mountain View office VPN connection at:
https://intranet.mozilla.org/Vpn
If you run into problems setting up the VPN connection, you can send mail to helpdesk@mozilla.com or ask in #desktop on IRC.

Looks like I can connect to MV VPN fine, but still can't connect to the server. BTW, Ty doesn't need to connect to VPN to access the server, so not sure if that is the issue.

I've tried making one last tweak to your LDAP account to make it more closely match Ty's. Can you see if that's made any difference?
