Using Windows 98, Daily Build 2001051504
Steps to reproduce:
* From Bookmarks menu, select Manage Bookmarks
* Click on a bookmark
* Right click (or File/Properties) on the bookmark
* Proper Properties window is *not* displayed (see screeenshot)

Can we get more QA testing. We can't reproduce on a win32 2001051404 build nor on
a mac 2001052112 build using any of the three possible ways to bring up the
properties dialog

This may have been related to bindings not loading as a result of the stylesheet
scoping landing. It does not appear in 05/21 builds on Windows. WORKSFORME.
Reopen if it's still occurring in a current build.
