820091 - Remove the "Docs user page" link

All MDN profiles include a link to the user's "Docs user profile." These previously linked to corresponding Deki profiles (User:username).

Because we are no longer using DekiWiki, these links are no longer useful. In fact, they direct the user to a "Create a New Article" page.
