We've tried a bunch of hardware option to resurrect this slave to no avail. Diags still report no issues, so let's just decommission it, please.

After pulling it from the datacenter, please set it aside for me. I want to poke at it when I'm next out there (probably early Jan).

talos-r4-lion-058 is still in nagios and DNS, could you check all the usual suspects for a decommissioning ?
