Actual results: Firefox hangs at unpredictable times. I haven't been able to note any particular pattern to when this happens. Hi, Thanks for the reply! No, I have not tried the safe mode yet. The lock up seems to occur intermittently and so, it is a little difficult to determine what triggers it. But, I will try that sometime and let you know if it happens in safe mode as well. Sometimes, if I let it sit for 10 minutes or so, the lock up with stop and Firefox will be back to working again.
