Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0
Build ID: 20121128204232

Steps to reproduce:

Use the shortcut combination Control+ either Right arrow or Left arrow

Actual results:

nothing

Expected results:

Probably should have "moved" the active tab to the left or the right. Actually I want it to switch to the tab next to the active one, depending on the arrow direction. That's much more useful when fullscreen than Control + 1 to 8.

Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn, Ctrl+Tab(+Shift)
Severity: normal → enhancement
Component: Untriaged → Keyboard Navigation

I wonder if Ctrl+Right/Left is assigned.

At least on GNU/Linux (GTK), Ctrl+Right/Left moves the text caret between words.
